How To Reach Us

It's really easy to reach our office, so you don't need to panick! We have tried to put ourselves in your position and we hope this information will prove usefull!

So, how do you get from Athens International Airport El. Venizelos to the Erasmus office (ESN Athens AUEB)?

You can choose from the following 3 options, but we do recommend you to prefere Metro or Bus because it would be the cheaper and faster way to reach us

By Metro:

The Metro of Athens connects the Airport to the city center of Athens. Take the Metro Line No 3 (Blue metro line) from the Airport to Monastiraki Metro Station (direction towards Egaleo).

Get off at Monastiraki and change to the Metro Line No 1 (Green metro line), with direction towards Kifisia. Get off at VICTORIA Metro station (only two stops away). From Victoria metro station you can walk to AUEB and to our office. Check the interactive map below!

Ticket Price: Full price 6 € / Student’s price 3 € (by showing a valid Student ID from your home university)

By Bus:

Using X95 Airport Bus line to Syntagma!

Outside Athens International Airport, Eleftherios Venizelos, (arrivals level) you can buy a ticket from the kiosk for the Airport bus. So, take the bus X95 that goes directly to Syntagma Square (terminal - last stop). This line operates 24/7. You have to validate the ticket when entering the bus. At Syntagma Square, take trolley 2, 4 or 9 from the trolley stop "Syntagma" which is on Amalias Avenue in front of the gardens (and OPPOSITE the Hotel "Amalia"). Your X95 bus ticket is also valid on the trolley, so you do NOT need to buy a trolley ticket. Ask the driver or a passenger for the Panellinios stop (after 5 stops) on Mavromateon street. You are just behind the (AUEB) Universtiy!

Ticket Price: Full price 3,2 € / Student’s price 1,6 € (by showing a valid Student ID from your home university)

By Taxi:

A taxi to Patission Street from the Airport will cost you between 35-50 euros, depending on traffic. Ask from the Taxi driver to take you to PATISSION Street 76 at ASOEE (this is the name of AUEB in Greek. DO NOT use the work AUEB, no taxi driver will understand you!) You can also say: Ikonomiko Panepistimio Athinas (Athens University of Economics in Greek).

After reaching VICTORIA Metro Station:

It should be noted that Patission street is also known as "28 Octovriou Avenue"

We are expecting to welcome you at the ESN Office, which is located on Evelpidon street 29, 1^st floor, just 5 minutes from AUEB.

At the ESN Office we will get to know each other, we will answer your questions in person, we will provide you with the welcome bag of AUEB and we will give you the ESN Card if you want!
